My path at the organisation began in 2022 with volunteering — packing parcels for those who needed help. Now I work as a community manager in Kyiv. For me, Insight is about real action: here people actually get things done, rather than just talking or crafting a nice “picture.” I value the chance to be in my place and to do what I truly love.

What energises me:

• Connecting with people: live contact, the support of the community, and building a strong community.

What do you do when you’re not saving human rights?
I teach drums, ride my bike, play guitar, practise Buddhism, and spend time with my dog.
