These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the website of the NGO “Insight” (the “Organization”, “we”). By opening the website and using its services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
About the website
The website exists to inform about the Organization’s work, to host educational materials about human rights, equality and the LGBTQI+ community, and to provide access to the psychological, legal and resource support the Organization offers.
The website’s materials are informational and educational. They are not medical, psychotherapeutic or legal advice and do not replace consulting a professional. If you or someone near you is in danger, immediately call the emergency services — 101, 102, 103, or the single number 112.
AI assistant
The website runs an AI assistant — a text and voice chat powered by artificial intelligence. When using it, keep in mind:
- responses are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies or be incomplete;
- the assistant’s responses are not the Organization’s official position and do not replace consulting a professional;
- in a crisis, the assistant is not an emergency help channel — contact the emergency services;
- it is forbidden to use the chat for unlawful purposes, spamming, hacking attempts or generating abusive content.
We may restrict access to the assistant in case of abuse.
Requests and forms
By submitting any form on the website, you confirm that the data you provide is accurate and belongs to you, and you consent to its processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We respond to requests within the team’s capacity and do not guarantee specific response times.
Donations
Donations to the Organization’s work are voluntary and are processed by external payment services on their pages. For questions about a specific payment, write to us at [email protected].
Intellectual property
The texts, images, videos, logo and other materials of the website belong to the Organization or are used by it lawfully. You may share the website’s materials for non-commercial purposes with attribution to the source. Use of the Organization’s logo and brand, as well as commercial use of materials, is possible only with our prior consent.
Links to external resources
The website contains links to external resources — media, partner organizations, payment services. An interstitial warning page is shown before you follow a link. We do not control external websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.
Unacceptable use
By using the website, you agree not to take actions that violate the law or other people’s rights, including:
- attempts at unauthorized access to the website, its systems or data;
- automated mass data collection that harms the website’s operation;
- spreading hate speech, threats, discriminatory or abusive content through the website’s services.
The Organization stands on the principles of equality, inclusivity and respect for every person’s dignity, and reserves the right to restrict access to the website’s services if these Terms are violated.
Liability
The website is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the information accurate and up to date and the services running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee the absence of errors or technical failures. The Organization is not liable for damage caused by the use of, or inability to use, the website, to the extent permitted by the legislation of Ukraine.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update. By continuing to use the website after changes, you agree to the updated Terms.
