The NGO “Insight” defends the rights of LGBTQI+ people at the national and international levels and provides professional support to people who have faced discrimination and violence based on sexual orientation and gender identity.
The Organization strives to create a safe, inclusive and dignified environment for all LGBTQI+ people in Ukraine and to foster a civil society built on respect for human rights, equality and diversity.
The policies below define the working standards of Insight NGO and reflect its commitment to the principles of accountability, confidentiality and safety, ethics and the protection of human rights.
