Joining Insight was a conscious step for me — I saw with my own eyes the scale of this organisation’s work and the people sincerely motivated to change the reality around them. A strong desire appeared to become part of these changes and to invest everything I have to the fullest. I clearly felt that my knowledge and experience would bring real benefit to the community I belong to, in the country I love beyond measure and where I want to live my best, free life. In life I am a kind and empathetic person, but at work I believe in the power of clear, working mechanisms.
What fuels me:
My absolute element is strategising, inventing fundamentally new things, building systems, finding hidden patterns and putting chaos in order. I also adore observing people’s behaviour and studying profiles.
And also:
- Building systems that work: setting up processes so that ideas become real results.
- Generating ideas: acting as the mistress of strategies and seeing a path where others see a dead end.

What do you do when you are not saving human rights?
When I need to reboot, I sit or lie in silence, contemplating the fate of the world, the meaning of existence, the flow of time and eternity. And from time to time I pick up absolutely bonkers hobbies like collecting brooches or learning Swahili.

I am a genius woman 🙂
