This series will help the LGBTQI+ community in different regions understand their stress, find ways to recover, and build their own support system.

? A closed Telegram group is created for participants of the lecture series. You can join after attending at least one offline lecture of the series.
? Format: a space to share thoughts and experiences and to support one another
? The trainer’s involvement:
- Answers questions and supports participants between lectures.
- Helps moderate discussions and maintain a safe atmosphere.
- Shares extra materials, articles, and videos.
? How long the chat runs: the whole time the course lasts + 2 more weeks after the series ends, so participants can discuss bringing their new skills into their lives.
