Lecture “Living with chronic stress: the impact on mind and body and how to help yourself recover”
The full-scale war in Ukraine affects every one of us. That is why we are starting a series of lectures that will help you understand yourself better and
take care of your mental health.
We live in constant anxiety, both inner and outer.
At the first lecture, “Living with chronic stress: the impact on mind and body and how to help yourself recover,” we will talk about:
- how chronic stress affects the mind and the body;
- what to watch for in the way you feel,
- which bodily reactions signal that it is time
- to ask for help;
- what each of us can do for ourselves in order to
- sustain and restore ourselves.
Led by: Olha Zinchenko – a practicing psychologist and psychotherapist.
