Short description:
Insight is a Ukrainian NGO that brings together lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer people who share our mission and views and who strive to build a truly democratic and tolerant society.
We are planning an information campaign to promote the implementation of the Istanbul Convention.
The goal of the campaign is to raise public awareness of the importance of implementing the Istanbul Convention into national legislation and to create public demand for this legislation, emphasizing that the police are ready and willing to enforce its provisions but need the relevant guidance and legislative support.
Responsibilities:
- Creating content for Facebook, Instagram and Telegram
- Tracking and analyzing communication metrics
- Taking part in the creation of informational, educational and awareness-raising materials and press releases
- Taking part in the development of visual materials and reports on the implementation of the project
- Taking part in preparing reports.
Requirements:
- higher education;
- at least 3 years of experience in civil society and/or project work
- the ability to express ideas logically, consistently and persuasively (in writing) and to deliver oral reports and presentations;
- responsibility;
- self-organization;
- fluent Ukrainian.
Priority will be given to candidates who:
- are familiar with human rights issues and with the Istanbul Convention,
- have experience of implementing projects in NGOs.
