Time to take care of yourself: support groups for social workers in Kyiv
Working with people who have survived violence or crisis situations often demands a great deal of emotional endurance. We know that social workers are frequently left without proper psychological support, even though they are among the first to help survivors.
As part of our project, we are organizing 12 in-person psychological support groups for social workers in Kyiv, to create a safe space for restoring your resources, sharing experience, and receiving professional support.
If you work with survivors of violence or in the social sector in general — we invite you to join. This is a chance to take care of yourself, receive support from colleagues, and get professional psychological help.

We are here to support those who support others.
The project is implemented by Insight NGO with the technical support of UN Women in Ukraine and funded by the UN Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF), a flexible and rapid funding instrument that supports quality interventions to strengthen the capacity of local women to prevent conflict, respond to crises and emergencies, and seize key peacebuilding opportunities.
