Tender. Services for organizing a team retreat

Insight NGO announces a tender for the procurement of services for organizing the “Team Retreat” event.

The tender is announced within the project “Resilience of the LGBTQI+ community during the war in Ukraine”, funded by “GENDERDOC-M” (Moldova).

Subject of procurement:  Services for organizing a team retreat that will take place from February 13 through February 17 inclusive in the city of Truskavets, Lviv region.

Organizing the retreat includes the following services: 

• arranging travel for 26 members of the organization who are based in other cities and outside Ukraine (the list of individuals and more detailed information will be provided to the tender winner) to the venue and back;
• accommodation for 26 people for the duration of the event (5 days/4 nights);
• three meals a day for 26 people over 5 days (breakfasts – 4 days, lunches – 5 days, dinners – 4 days);
• rental of a conference hall for the activities held as part of the event (for 4 days); 
• arranging breaks with coffee breaks for 26 people, two coffee breaks per day (8 coffee breaks in total for the period from February 13 through February 16 inclusive). 
• rental of technical equipment: a projector and a screen, 1 flipchart and markers, an audio system and microphones (2 pcs.), a laptop running Windows OS (for 4 days).

Deadline for submitting proposals:  Proposals for participation in the tender are accepted until 18:00 Kyiv time on January 22, 2024  to the email address [email protected]  with the mandatory subject line: “Proposal for tender No. PF.GENDERDOC-M_INSIGHT_2024.1 services for organizing the “Team Retreat” event”.

Proposals sent to a different address or in a form other than the one provided for by this request, or that fail to maintain the proper level of confidentiality, or that are received after the indicated date and time, will be rejected.
