Tender. Procurement of psychologists’ services for the provision of psychological support

Insight NGO announces a tender for the procurement of psychologists’ services.

The tender is announced with the financial support of UN Trust Fund within the project:   “Improving the access of women from marginalized groups to comprehensive support services during the war in Ukraine”, which  provides for the procurement of psychologists’ services to deliver psychological support to women who have survived gender-based violence (GBV). 

Tender timeline: proposals for participation in the tender are accepted until 23:59 Kyiv time on October 13, 2024  to the email address [email protected] with the mandatory subject line: “Proposal for tender No. PF.UN_INSIGHT_2024.01 provision of psychological services”.

Proposals sent to a different address or in a form other than the one provided for by this request, or that fail to maintain the proper level of confidentiality, or that are received after the indicated date and time, will be rejected.

Subject of procurement:  Psychological services in the form of individual psychological consultations for women who have survived gender-based violence (GBV), delivered online. The services cover both crisis consultations and long-term support.

Employment: part-time

List of responsibilities: 

● Assessing the emotional state of women who have survived gender-based violence and identifying their current needs.

● Conducting individual psychotherapeutic consultations online (1 consultation – 1 hour).

● Psychological support for women who have experienced various forms of GBV, taking into account the psychological consequences of traumatic experience.

● Developing and implementing individual therapy plans that ensure a comprehensive approach to every case.

● Observing the principles of confidentiality and safety in the work with every client.

● Completing internal documentation and reporting forms within the project in a timely manner.
