Tender. Procurement of lawyers’ services for the provision of legal services
Insight NGO announces a tender for the procurement of lawyers’ services.
The tender is announced with the financial support of CISU/LGBT+Denmark within the project: “Together for equality: building resilience and advancing the rights of LGBTQI+ people in Ukraine”, which provides for the procurement of lawyers’ services to deliver legal services in the form of legal consultations and case support for members of the LGBTQI+ community.
Tender timeline: proposals for participation in the tender are accepted until 23:59 Kyiv time on July 20, 2025 to the email address [email protected] with the mandatory subject line: “Proposal for tender No. PF.CISU_INSIGHT_2025.02 provision of legal services”.
Proposals sent to a different address or in a form other than the one provided for by this request, or that fail to maintain the proper level of confidentiality, or that are received after the indicated date and time, will be rejected.
Subject of procurement: Legal services in the form of legal consultations and case support for members of the LGBTQI+ community, delivered online and offline. The services include primary legal aid, legal information, support with appeals to public authorities, and assistance in protecting the rights and freedoms of affected people. Lawyers advise on discrimination, gender-based violence, and the documentation of human rights violations, and they also provide legal support for clients’ cases.
Employment: part-time
List of responsibilities:
- Conducting individual legal consultations (online/offline).
- Providing primary legal aid and legal information.
- Preparing and analyzing legal documents, appeals, and applications.
- Supporting clients in their interaction with state and law enforcement bodies.
- Legal support for cases involving discrimination, GBV, and violations of the rights of LGBTQI+ people.
- Providing crisis consultations in urgent legal matters.
- Completing internal documentation and reporting forms within the project in a timely manner.
- Upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
