This is the first lecture in the series “Support and resources amid chronic stress.” In it we will talk about:
? What is chronic stress? How does it affect us physically and emotionally?
? How can you tell that you are living with chronic stress? (psychological and physiological signs)
? What is the difference between adaptive and destructive stress?
? How can you recognize your triggers and the patterns of your stress reactions?
? Practice: a technique for becoming aware of your own stress level + the “body scan” technique.
