Gender euphoria

A feeling of relief and satisfaction (usually in a transgender person after undergoing transition) arising from the fact that a person’s sex and/or gender characteristics, as well as how they are perceived in society, align with their gender identity. The concept emerged as the opposite of “gender dysphoria” in order to shift the emphasis toward more positive aspects of being transgender.
