In a critical situation every second counts. Knowing how to stop bleeding quickly and correctly can save a life. That is why we invite you to join a tactical medicine training so that you are ready to act in any conditions.

Led by:

Viktoriia Zubkova – coordinator of the military track of the Women’s March, a veteran, a person who lived through the war from 2014 to 2024. Her experience is not just knowledge, but battle-tested techniques that work.

What are we going to learn?

  1. Classification of bleeding. Signs of critical bleeding.
  2. Rapid assessment for critical bleeding. Personal safety when working with a casualty.
  3. Methods of stopping critical bleeding
  4. Means for stopping bleeding
  5. Practical skills:
  • Stopping critical bleeding with direct pressure on the wound
  • Applying tourniquets and constricting bands
  • Applying a bandage
  • Wound packing
  • Practicing simulation scenarios

Dress code – long sleeves and pants. And wear something you will not mind ruining – you will spend most of the time on your knees and on the floor.
