Insight NGO announces a competition for the procurement of supervision services  for the psychotherapists engaged in the implementation of the project.  

General information

Competition period: from April 8 to April 22, 2024

Client: Insight NGO

Subject of the procurement: supervision services. 

Service period: From April 29, 2024 to December 2024.

Scope: the selected contractors will deliver 48 individual supervision sessions for the psychotherapists engaged in the implementation of the project.

The work is part-time. Payment will be based on the number of sessions delivered. 

Qualification requirements: 

– A professional higher education degree in psychology;

– Accreditation as a supervisor;

– Experience of performing work and/or providing services: from 5 years

– Command of the knowledge and methods required to deliver supervision. 

– Completion of additional training;

– Respect for the values and principles of the  Organization’s work — equality, feminism, freedom, inclusiveness and diversity for all social groups.

– Respect for deadlines and reporting standards;

The competition is announced within the project: implementation of a protection program for the population of frontline areas, in partnership with and funded by the Danish humanitarian non-governmental organization in Ukraine DanChurchAid (DCA) 

Rules for preparing an application:

Proposals are admitted to evaluation if they:

  • contain a complete package of documents, namely: a completed application, registration documents, a list and description of relevant experience (a resume)
  • are filled out in Ukrainian;
  • are certified with a signature and a seal;
  • are sent by email on time.

Application deadline:

Applications are accepted until 18.00 Kyiv time on April 22, 2024 at [email protected]  with the mandatory subject line: “Application to deliver supervision ”.

Payment terms and procedure:

Insight NGO pays for the services on the basis of a contract/invoice/act of completed work signed with the contractor, by bank transfer of the relevant amount to the contractor’s account in hryvnias.

Sole proprietors (FOP, group 3) may take part in the competition.

For sole proprietors — the application must include: 

– An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs listing the business activities that match the nature of the services covered by the competition (KVED codes). The register extract must be dated no earlier than 01.01.2024. 

– An extract from the register of single tax payers;

– A color scan of the Ukrainian citizen’s passport, pages 1, 2 (3-6 if they bear any stamps) and the page with the address of the latest registered residence, or a color scan of the Ukrainian citizen’s ID-card passport (both sides) and an extract from the territorial community register (a certificate of registered residence) to identify the individual;

Main selection criteria:

  • Competitiveness of the financial proposal.
  • Compliance with the established delivery deadlines.
  • Quality of the services offered.
  • Compliance of the proposal with the requirements of the competition documentation.

The selection results will be announced to the winners by email or by phone.
