Homonormativity

A belief system that is an extension of the heteronormative system, in which homosexual orientation and identity and the corresponding relationships are incorporated into the norm within its frameworks and institutions, such as monogamy and marriage. At the same time, concepts such as queer, polyamory, and so on continue to remain outside the norm.
