Tender for the procurement of psychological services
Insight NGO announces a tender for the procurement of psychological services.
Tender period: Tender proposals are accepted from 5 January to 15 January 2026 at procurement@insight-ukraine.org with the mandatory subject line: “Proposal for tender No. PF.GIZ_INSІGHT_2026/2.1. provision of psychological services”.
Proposals sent to another address or in a form other than the one required by this request, or that fail to observe the appropriate level of confidentiality, or that are received after the stated date and time, will be rejected.
The tender is announced within the project “Strengthening the protection and resilience of the LGBTQI+ community and women in Ukraine”, within the multi-donor project “Empowering war-affected communities of Ukraine through local initiatives (EMPOWER)”, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) together with the Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations of the European Commission and implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. (agreement number: 81319547, project processing number: 19.1813.5-005.00), which provides for the procurement of psychological services to deliver psychological support to the LGBTQI+ community online.
Subject of procurement: Provision of individual psychological counselling for the LGBTQI+ community online. The services include crisis counselling (short-term, up to 5 sessions per person) aimed at stabilising the person’s emotional state, supporting mental health and overcoming the consequences of traumatic experience.
Workload: part-time
List of responsibilities:
- Providing individual psychological counselling to members of the LGBTQI+ community online.
- Keeping a record of the sessions held and of the key thematic requests.
- Preparing analytical reports on the results of the counselling without disclosing personal data.
