Insight NGO announces a tender for the procurement of project assistant services.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Tender period: from 16 December 2025 until 23:59 on 22 December 2025.

Contracting party: Insight NGO is a Ukrainian civil society organisation whose core values are equality, feminism, freedom, inclusiveness and diversity for all social groups. Our team works in human rights advocacy and awareness raising, and provides assistance and support to LGBTQI+ people and to women from vulnerable groups, including women who have survived gender-based and domestic violence.

Project: The tender is announced within the project “Strengthening the protection and resilience of the LGBTQI+ community and women in Ukraine”, implemented within the multi-donor project “Empowering war-affected communities of Ukraine through local initiatives (EMPOWER)”, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) together with the Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations of the European Commission and implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH (agreement number: 81319547, project processing number: 19.1813.5-005.00), which provides for the procurement of project assistant services to deliver the objectives of the project under the grant agreement.

SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT AND SCOPE OF WORK

Subject of procurement: Project assistant services.

Workload: 70% employment.

Project duration: 01.01.2026–14.12.2026.

Project geography: Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Kherson, Sumy, Zakarpattia oblast and other cities offline, and all of Ukraine online.

RULES FOR PREPARING PROPOSALS

Only proposals that meet the following conditions will be admitted to evaluation:

• they contain the complete package of documents;
• they are completed in Ukrainian;
• they are signed and stamped (if a stamp is used);
• they are submitted by e-mail on time;
• they contain a completed financial proposal exclusively in Ukrainian hryvnia. Proposals submitted in any other currency will not be considered.

Proposal deadline:

Proposals are accepted until 23:59 on 22.12.2025 at procurement@insight-ukraine.org with the mandatory subject line:

“Proposal for tender No. PF.GIZ_PA_INSІGHT_2026”.

Proposals sent to another address or in a form other than the one required by this request, or that fail to observe the appropriate level of confidentiality, or that are received after the stated date and time, will be rejected.

Mandatory list of documents to be submitted by the applicant:

• a completed tender application, signed and stamped (if a stamp is used);
• registration documents;
• the applicant’s CV stating their experience in providing managerial services;
• certificates confirming the relevant qualifications will be an advantage.

Please note that the documents must be of good quality and scanned in PDF format.

The results of the selection will be announced to the winner of the tender by e-mail within no more than 10 calendar days of the closing date for tender proposals.

Following the tender procedure, a contract may be concluded with 1 candidate.

Insight NGO reserves the right not to disclose the detailed reason for rejection to applicants who were not selected.
